The admin staff also has a detailed knowledge of our products, and what they cannot tell you, our qualified engineers can!

Engineers:

With qualifications ranging from diplomas, to degrees, to Microsoft certification, our engineers should not have a problem answering any questions you may have, as well as providing fast and reliable support for problems that may arise with your new equipment.

Trainers:

Should you choose to receive training on your product, you will be glad to hear that Concept Northern specialise in software and hardware training. Our ever increasing team of trainers will happily put their training skills to use, allowing you to become familiar with your new product. Training qualifications include: IITT Trainers training certificates, Microsoft Training, ongoing product training from – Dolphin, Texthelp etc
